Justin Maclin joined The Carpenter Health Network in May of 2023 as the Medicaid Field Director. Justin is currently the Regional Director of Development. In this role, he is responsible for coaching and developing our Patient Care Representatives for St. Joseph Hospice and STAT Home Health for Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas and Florida. He also handles the new-hire trainings for The Carpenter Health Network alongside the Senior Vice President. Another major part of his role is managing the marketing and overall business development of Homedica House Calls in Louisiana and Mississippi. Justin also oversees coordination for NIL student-athletes for the Network.
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Justin made the move to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as a full-scholarship football student-athlete obtaining his Bachelor’s in Sports Administration from Louisiana State University. He also went on to complete his Master’s in Higher Education Administration.
Working as a pharmacy liaison at Phoenix Pharmacy, Justin has been associated with The Carpenter Health Network since the spring of 2022. In this role, he worked closely with many providers and healthcare facilities throughout Louisiana, guiding them in their search for high-quality pharmaceutical services.
In his free time, Justin enjoys working out, writing books, traveling and trying different foods. He’s an LSU Tiger through and through. Geaux Tigers!
