BATON ROUGE, LA – Sage Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Services, part of The Carpenter Health Network, has opened Sage Wound Care: A Center for Restoration and Healing, an outpatient clinic, at 8000 Summa Avenue in Baton Rouge, to serve the Greater Baton Rouge area. Sage Wound Care offers comprehensive and holistic outpatient wound care services for treatment and prevention of skin breakdown due to chronic conditions.

An official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony will be held on Tuesday, April 30th from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. The public is invited to attend.

Located inside Sage Rehabilitation Hospital, Sage Wound Care patients are seen by appointment with a physician referral. Walk-ins are also welcomed.
