A: Nine years of hospice experience in the field, a desire for improvement, and a team building AIM attitude!
Q: What skills or personal characteristics have you developed as an RN/Case Manager that will be beneficial in your new position?
A: The most valuable would be compassion. Emotional support is equally as important as medical knowledge to patients and their families.
Q: What are you most excited about?
A: Having the opportunity to get out and meet some new faces within the medical community and being able to collaborate with them more closely to better serve our patients!
Q: What separates the AIM program from others like it?
A: STAT Home Health is the first in Baton Rouge to offer a palliative care program.
Our patients are able to benefit from being treated by board certified hospice and palliative care physicians, hospice-trained RNs and LPNs and a staff of licensed practitioners consisting of Certified Nursing Aides, Medical Social Workers and Chaplains. Together as a team we are able to provide the care and support our patients and families need!
