BATON ROUGE, LA – The Carpenter Health Network is pleased to announce Patrick Rambin as its new C.O.O.
Patrick Rambin is the new Chief Operating Officer of The Carpenter Health Network (TCHN), where he drives leadership, management and strategic vision to ensure the organization’s operational excellence and sustainable growth. In this role, he is responsible for establishing robust operational controls, administrative & reporting processes and effective human systems to strengthen TCHN’s financial health and operational efficiency. Patrick oversees the planning, development and execution of programs designed to deliver clinical excellence and exceptional service, adding value to patients, families, referral sources, payers and communities. Collaborating closely with the CEO, he helps shape strategic business plans that focus on innovative care delivery, expanding services and identifying revenue opportunities.
In his previous role as VP of Rehabilitative Operations & Restorative Services, Rambin oversaw and supported post-acute inpatient facilities including LTACs, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient/outpatient therapy, outpatient wound care and inpatient Psychiatric services. With over 20 years’ experience as a post-acute operator and vice president, Rambin has continued to grow the post-acute network, improving its function as a support system to the continuum of care offered by The Carpenter Health Network.
Patrick’s knowledge and experience allows him to provide quality outcomes for TCHN. He focuses on staff retention, coaching staff to become better leaders and teaching new managers to promote from within. He also adheres to the philosophy that the building blocks of success are created by a network of people that are given opportunities to succeed on their own path within the company.
Rambin also holds his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University (LSU). In 2004, he began his career with TCHN as a volunteer. Over the course of 20 years, Patrick has held many roles throughout the company including nursing home administrator and treasurer.
“Regardless of my position within the company, I always wanted to learn everything,” says Patrick. “I was first in line to take on any project or task available. Consistently adding value was my mission, and as the network grew, so did I.”
